Murray has been a Talent Agent for 30 years. Having travelled extensively in the hospitality industry before he began a brief internship in 1986 with an established talent agent in Vancouver. He found his niche and has kept working as an agent ever since. With post secondary training is in Marketing and Public Relations, Gibson is a founding and past board member of TAMAC, the Talent Agents and Managers Association of Canada.
A partner at RED TALENT MANAGEMENT, previous to RED, Murray was with CHARACTERS TALENT AGENCY for 23 years. RED Management represents actors for film, television, theatre, commercials, voice over and voice work for cartoons
Murray has been working with Canadian performers not only for projects in North America but has had actors on projects on locations in over 30 countries around the world.
Gibson formed a production company, Nosbig Productions, to facilitate producing projects for film and television. Nosbig Productions is involved in the development of both Film and Television projects.
